Everyone should have one!
3 of 3 found this helpful My old doorbell stopped working and when I started looking for a replacement I saw an ad for the Ring products. I chose the Ring 2 because it runs on rechargeable batteries and I could install it myself. It was easy to install and I realized right away that I wanted to get a spare battery for backup. The batteries charge just like charging your phone. It was easy to set up with my WiFi but I would caution that you do need to have a strong WiFi connection to run the Ring system. I have the doorbell in front and the dual floodlights with camera in the back. The doorbell camera is a little slow sometimes but it gives very clear pictures and the speaker is amazing. I can hear what people are all the way out at the mailbox, about 15 feet from the camera.
Very pleased with the doorbell and floodlights. ( a couple of times a wasp has crawled on the floodlight camera lens and turned it on!)
