A good solution for adapting 3-hole shoes to SPD cleats
These work pretty well -- Although they are initially kind of 'tight' (a bit difficult to click out from my pedals), I think that they will break in after some more use and be easier to get in & out of the pedals. I think they're a good solution for adapting 3-hole shoes to SPD cleats.

works great, great price
Showed up quickly, VERY reasonable price, was a drop-in replacement that anyone with a screwdriver can do. Works fine, no problems so far.

Fun, functional, inspiring. Also does the 'Jeremy' bass sound. lol
Bought this mainly to do the up-octave thing but it does so much more. (Probably more than I need, and that might take a little learning but that's all part of the fun.) In the meantime, immediately useable as octave up or down on a gig and was easy to figure that out. Here's to more exploration. Also, bought this used for only about $20 more than the 'regular' Pitchfork so I'm all smiles.
