Great product
1 of 1 found this helpful I have had several of these through the years. I have a pet parrot which makes me have to sweep several times a day in the cage area. This vacuum picks up almost everything and well. This is the first time I bought the more powerful unit which I like very much.

Sombra. Cool works better than warm for me
1 of 1 found this helpful I like the cool. It helped after knee surgery. The warm was ok, but I liked cool as I felt it worked better. I gave the warm to a family member who broke her shoulder. She said it did nothing for her, but helped her friend's back pain. So I think it is hit or miss which will work for you.

Good cutter
Love the cutter. Easy to grip. But the oiling mechanism doesn't always do the job. I still use the oil outside of the cutter.
