Takes ages to toast
It toasted well the very first time I used it and then it simply took too long. I have to put the control onto maximum and then repeat it once or twice to get the bread toasted adequately. It's a very basic model as well. I only bought it for the long slots so that I could toast pitta bread as well ordinary bread as no other retailer was selling toasters with the long slots - why I cannot comprehend!
Very unsatisfactory and I will get rid of as soon as I find a better quality toaster with long slots.
