Famous Chef, Justin Wilson!
This is another wonderful cookbook by Justin Wilson. If you like Cajun cooking, you should own all of his cookbooks AND ALL of Paul Prudhomme's cookbooks. Until you've eaten cajun cooking, you are missing out on some of the best and most delicious food on the planet!

SIZE 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” TINY - Stocking Stuffer!
This MINI book is a JOKE! It fits in the palm of my hand! Unless you are looking for a “cookbook” as a practical joke stocking-stuffer, don’t waste your money.
NONE of the sellers even disclose how small it is. A total waste of money!
The recipes can easily be found elsewhere. Nothing new here.
