Pretty cheap
Very poor quality. Barely cuts braid at all. They are cheap - but still, don't bother buying.

Pretty good - but not perfect
1 of 1 found this helpful The thing is pretty solid - in fact, it is very hard to disassemble and put on the kayak. It takes a LOT of effort. I usually give up and put it on the kayak partially disassembled.
The thing is also only made for small kayaks. I have a Pedalfish 13 and it does not fit that at all. The two top platforms need to be a lot bigger. It basically does not a fit a kayak that has twin hulls.
But it is very strong and once you get the kayak onto it, it works very well. I also think it is a bit over priced.

Useless for cutting
They look pretty good, if a bit smaller that what the images imply. They do not cut anything though. The description says "cutting wire" - totally out of the question. They do not even cut fingernails. I bought them to cut fishing line - either mono, fluoro or braid. They do not cut any of these. Complete waste of money.
