Cool instrument!

Make sure you can return it - my first one had defective electronics and I had to return it, but the replacement is fine. It's great for the price, but make sure it works! Even without the electronics, I liked the one I had to return - just wanted it fully functional because I bought a little battery powered amp at the same time, to use together for camping and such. It kind of needs to be amplified - plenty loud on its own, but bass is not an instrument you play by yourself, so it has to project and hold its own with other instruments, and kinda needs a little volume boost for that.
