Perfect length, and very robust.
I have the three larger hooks and they are strong. The hook part is a little longer than I anticipated, longer than I've seen before on other hooks.
An ordinary hook will do for stocking stitch, but I was very pleased to use the Fix-A-Stitch for garter stitch - much easier, I found.

Good tatting instructions
The tatting book is exactly what I expected. I'm pleased with the patterns.

Good product
I ordered three of these, 2 for me and one for a friend. The finish is very good, and the clasp works well. Attractive pin.
