Denise Austin: Yoga Booty Barre New DVD

Disappointing

I'm not into a lot of fast paced rep movements in yoga. I already have a lot of Denise Austin DVDs like that. This is why I thought I would give her yoga video a chance, but it is not what I expected .This is more like an aerobic type butt workout with some yoga poses thrown in. Rodney Yee or Wai Lana are more my style.
