Can't work it.
12 of 15 found this helpful The computer turns on and is in good condition, but i can't download anything (google chrome and other programs) because they left a parental control on. I tried messaging and they never messaged back in days. I told them I would leave a bad review if they didn't message back and still no answer within days. There's no use of this laptop if they left the parental controls. I also can't system restart the laptop without the parental controls.
