Polish Heritage Cookery
3 of 3 found this helpful This book is the bible of Polish cooking. If you can't find a recipe anywhere else, it will be here. The Strybl's have taken authentic Polish recipes and converted the measurements to USA standards, taking all of the guesswork out of pounds and ounces. The only drawback is that there aren't a lot of pictures to show how dishes should look when prepared.
