Looking Good but The Quality is really poor.

However, one of USB 3 port out of two ports at the top is not working, and one Fan out of three from the front is shorted, so I have to replace it.
However, Newegg asked me return it exhange or refund, but my client cannot wait because it is for Christmas Gift for her son.
I ended up to buy a new fan and keep the faulty USB3 port.
