Lovely short book for people of any age.

Good for cooking. Not easy to clean
Works well in the microwave and achieves objective to limit fat accumulation. However, even hand washing it in hot soapy water does tend to leave a greasy element to the outside. It is best washed in the microwave but check for greasy residue inside afterwards, even when immediately soaked after use, prior to washing.

Good value, well bound and extremely useful and helpful.
It is very useful because you've got a hard copy you can refer to rather than having to use a computer. Each version has its own attributes ie the computer version you can flick to a page by clicking a link but the paper version is easier on the move and gives you the opportunity to not have to carry extra technology around with you to access it. Binding may unbind slightly so ensure all pages are held within the binding when using.
