KUMIHIMO Necklace Clips
I discovered the Japanese art of KUMIHIMO and was looking for inexpensive bracelet and necklace fasteners. I searched ebay and couldn't find what I was looking for and didn't really know how to describe the type of fastener that I wanted. I asked the question on a Fb craft chat page and got an answer which was the Delrin clips. I have bought several packs of 10mm and 15mm and have made beautiful necklaces using cord imported from China. I spend time in The Gambia and have taught several young men how to make the necklaces and bracelets and they love the Delrin clips too. We are planning to use the 15mm clips when making belts and I have found out that KUMIHIMO discs can be used to make flat cord for belts. The clips are lightweight, inexpensive and perfect for use with my KUMOHIMO necklaces, belts and cracelets.
