Aluminium poles, not carbon fibre
I bought these poles to replace standard aluminium walking poles I already have, with lighter carbon fibre poles. Unfortunately these walking poles are made from aluminium and not carbon fibre, so their weight is no different to my aluminium poles. The only difference is that they are painted, to make them look like carbon fibre poles. If you take the sections apart and look inside the poles, you can clearly see they are made from aluminium and not carbon fibre. The build quality seems quite good, but they are fake.
