Don't order them.
Australian Customs Department won't let them into Australia.

Excellent product.
Very easy to use. Much easier than using splicing tape.

Bit disappointed
0 of 2 found this helpful Everything works ok but it takes so long to fill the cup. the flow of the water is quite slow. I've timed it at 1 min 40 sec to fill a 300 ml cup. My husband complains that it isn't hot enough even on the highest temperature of 100 degrees. He says he has to heat the coffee up after its finished cos its not hot. He puts his milk in first with the sugar etc. We have had a similar machine for 7 yrs but it wasn't like that.
One other potential safety issue is that when it has finished filling the cup it beeps to let you know but the water is still coming out of the dispenser. So if you pull the cup out when it beeps you will get scalded with hot water.
