Useful tool for clinicals
I found some of the clinical problems with their S/S & Assessment etc. It helps in Clinicals! This book deals with some of the most common problems. However, it does not deal with all the problems we see in a Med-Surg unit. We can use this book to build our skills and knowledge on some of the major problems that we see in a Med surge unit! Learning it also helpful in preparing for Med-Surge Exams!
