Christian Rock at it’s finest
Love this album to death. Back when Christian music was all gospel and country, bands like the Daniel Band came out with something to say to young disillusioned church goers who loved God. They like other Christian band like the Resurrection Band, Petra, and even Stryper paved a hard road for Christian music (which wouldnt b where it is today), having to go up against their own! Preachers, pastors, televangelists and so on just saw all rock music as the devil’s music and came crashing down hard on all of them despite their strong spiritual beliefs which were always expressed in their music. Sadness, loneliness, suicide, hipocrisy....they sang about everything thst young people cared about. Get this album!
