Not very reliable
Monitor worked fine for the 1st week, but then it began to blink green and red, either when the door was open or closed. Same issue I had with a previous monitor, and it didn't seem to make a difference if I move the receiver closer to the door that leads into the garage - not consistently indicating whether door was opened the closed. Instructions were very basic, no help with problem solving when not registering correctly. Checked battery level in transmitter (attached to garage door), and it has full voltage.
