  item I said to be new. NOT NEW. as listing points out. no remote. Item shipped in original box ( no protection by another box, no bubble wrap) inside box, nothing is bagged, harness is not bagged and was loose in box " which can scratch the item 'and did' main unit was not bagged. there is damage on the outside of the Unit house such as "chip on the unit" there is no film on the screen as being (new) but rather there is scratches surface on the screen, whirl markings, bubbling on screen.

  SELLER Went above and beyond, owning up to the issues and giving a refund. I think the seller does care, explaining how this was a mistake and was professional about it. I feel bad, to have to bring up issues I think anyone would, but the seller went above and beyond to make it right. I want to feedback to be adjusted to point out that the issues were fixed by the seller. I will be recommending this kind of service. Thank you
