Not what it says
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this to help me stand better at work while standing all day. Does not help pull my shoulders back for better posture like stated. Can still be hunched over all day, it moves with you. So unless you stand there and pull your own shoulders back it does not work. Defeats the purpose of getting one to correct you from having bad posture when you still have to remember and do it yourself.The straps are extremely uncomfortable under your arms while wearing much less running. To wear in a tank top or under a shirt it hurts more. Give a 0 out of 10 even if its just 20 dollars
