Great bargain! Quality construction.
1 of 1 found this helpful Spent $40 on 2 of these keys. I then took them to a local locksmith and had them cut for $20 each. I could have had the programming done for $65 more dollars a key at the locksmith too. I opted to try it myself first. I was all set for doing the two different types of programming one for the ignition operation and one for the fob, but the first programming I tried enabled all the keys functions.
1. First already programmed key in the ignition turn to "On", turn off, remove key.
2. Second already programmed key in the ignition turn to "On", turn off, remove key.
3. New key in the ignition turn to "On", turn off, remove key.
The new key is now programmed.
For a total of $80, I ended up with two brand-new functioning keys that would have cost me at least $360 or more from a dealer.
