  It took over 3wks to receive the item. I tried to track it to see what was taking so long, the tracking number provided didn't work. I then contacted the seller to see if they could try from their end. The response was to keep them updated if it should arrive and no attempt to track it down. Finally I received a letter to pay £3.50 to receive a parcel. It was my delivery that had been sent as a large letter and not a parcel. So I paid over £6 postage for a 99p item. They did not refund me.
