Good value for money
Being able to buy the espresso pods separately from the milk pods is better value for money than buying from supermarkets. But importantly it allows me to choose my own milk. I'm on a specific diet at the moment and can only have soy or almond milk. So I hear my own milk in microwave and use a hand frother and then pour into espresso made by tassimo machine. I wouldn't do this if I couldn't buy the espresso separately from milk pods as I'd be paying for milk pods and throwing them out.

Excellent product
Charges in 10 mins via the lead provided.
Stays warm then for approx 3 hours. At first it's actually too hot to put directly on the skin. I usually leave mine for 5-10 mins to cool down a bit before using.
Moulds to neck shape so much better than a normal hot water bottle. Had previously bought a neck shaped hot water bottle that is filled with hot water. The end where the hot water is poured in, kept getting in my way. This electric version doesn't have this. You can feel the charger bit at the back but it's covered with padding so isn't so annoying.
Don't know how I will wash the cover- perhaps with a damp microfibre cloth. The fabric doesn't seem to zip off for washing. It is dark brown in colour so won't be covered in stains so easily.
Excellent product would highly recommend, allows me to get heat directly to where I need it- neck & top of shoulders.
Ordered and received a few days later. I ordered during a bank holiday period so expected it to be delayed, especially with living in Northern Ireland. However, it still arrived swiftly so I was pleased.
