Good For Projects / Testing / Etc..
A lot of people talk about how watery this stuff is. But if they used a nail or something similar to stir it, they would realize that there is a lot of sediment at the bottom of the container. Just from sitting around. Really thick stuff that needs to be mixed back up with the thin stuff on top. After that, it becomes much thicker.
You will need to stir it. I attempted to shake it just to see if that would do the trick.. It didn't work. You need to get that sediment moving around with something.
This glue is good for certain things. In my case, I'm just using it to make sure that a low profile ZIF socket with very thin and wiry connectors / legs attaches to a project I am working on. I have had issues with certain ZIF connector legs losing connection randomly when plugged into a normal socket. It is due to them being so thin. This wire glue should help stop any connection loss when being jostled around. And help hold them in place.
With that said, this is what you really need to know -
This stuff is perfect for something like that. Or if you are in a pinch. However, if you're doing a serious repair, just get out the solder and do it right.
