Excellent high quality product , good price, however, processing of my purchase remains very questionable !

A very inexpensive method to determine why telephone was or was not accepting a re-charge.
I purchased my Motorola flip phone in the late 1980, it provides undaunted service through the years, the original charger also served extremely well during this same time period. My telephone would not accept a charge, so I replaced the wall charging unit. I found that it was the charging portal on the telephone and not the wall charging unit. I was forced to replace the telephone .
