Disappointing purchase

Postage was good came quickly! But that’s where it ends ..... Received the disc today put it on and won’t even play the whole first episode! Keeps skipping. Let alone episode 2 it played the intro and skipped straight to the end.... Strange for a brand new disc. Very disappointing. Waste of money!
