Good kit, perhaps not for absolute beginners!
Shaving with a safety razor is all the rage on the Internet and Youtube. I will be honest, these are the sources that got me interested in the practice.
I need a good/price value kit to get started. This kit provides you with everything you need to get started.
If I had to change anything or provide feedback to the seller it would be:
1) provide some instructions as of how to produce a good soap lather;
2) alternatively, replace the soap block with paste.
The latter is what most video tutorials I found use... so it took me a bit longer to get everything sorted.
I have been using this kit for 3 weeks now and I am happy with the experience overall. I am better at mixing/balancing the soap. I can tell rapidly if the blade need changing, and it is quite amazing to shave without all the burns and other discomforts of the past. In fact, sometime it feels as if I did not do anything and that I am not shaved! So odd... why did I not try this before?
Would recommend this product for sure!

A worthy replacement from our old unit, but will it last as long?
We purchased this unit to replace our old SD-25 that lasted us over 10 years. We were so pleased with our past unit that we decided to remain with Panasonic despite the much higher price than other units from other manufacturers.
This new unit is much more expensive compared to our previous one (inflation adjusted and all). It has exactly the same recipes too! We observe that this unit is now more efficient in terms of ingredient, so less waste overall it would seem.
As the title suggests, we are concerned that this unit is not going to last us a decade or more. Indeed, the orientation of the pan is different (moved by 90 degrees). The lid is very heavy and therefore the hinge is now far smaller and wobbly! We are being very careful, and we are trying to teach our kids to be careful also when using this unit, however the hinge feels so flimsy that we fear one hurried use will be all it takes to break it. Consequently we decided to register the unit immediately with Panasonic, hopefully they will be flexible in case of problems.
In terms of loaves and breads, everything we have tried so far came out brilliantly. The yeast dispenser is awesome and ensures that the loaves rise correctly.

Bought many times, and will do again if need be! Excellet product, highly recommended
I use this product for all of my wood work. I have done my window seals as well as my brand new doors.
It is easy to work with and give the wood a little "je ne sais quoi" :-)
One thing to keep in mind though, is that you will probably need several applications. I would not recommend staining with this product when your object is vertical such as a door. Indeed, it can run off quite easily. That being said, if you are careful and/or vigilant you can easily remove any drop with a sponge (here I am assuming laminate/tile flooring. I can't speak for carpet).
Finally, the finish. For a truly stunning finish, I would recommend using Danish oil once you are satisfied with the colour.
