Securitylng 8000Lm 6X CREE XM-L T6 LED Waterproof Tactical LED Flashlight Torch

    SecurityIng Flashlights are Very Bright
I have 3 SecurityIng flashlights and love them. If you need a bright flashlight this one is great. I think the different models differ only by the number of LED's installed. I have to say the 6 LED model has quite the bang for the buck. It lights up almost the whole room and uses the rechargeable Lithium Ion Batteries that are also pretty inexpensive. It takes a little while to ship but the wait is worth it. I'd give the batteries a day per pair to charge. It comes with a lanyard which you have to slip through one of the slots on the side of the flashlight. The fact that it has a flat bottom lets you sit it on a table for lighting up a room. It works with 1,2,3 or 4 batteries due to the circular ring design that touches the positive terminal of each battery. They are all in parallel. I am still waiting for the batteries to run down before recharging them but that will be a while I'm sure. I bought a spare and one for a gift so grab one while you can. They will get warm after about 15 minutes so don't be surprised. I'd check it and turn it off once it gets hot. In a shoot out this light out performed another light that belongs to a friend and his cost $100.00. So for the price I'd buy several and give them as gifts. They are really high tech! The push button is a bit too easy to click by accident so be careful about that. A good solid flashlight that looks cool too. To turn on the strobe, turn on the light and hold down the button for a couple seconds. The strobe should flash. Great when you are stranded in the woods or on a boat at sea. (happens all the time right?) Well it could save your life so I shouldn't joke about it. Get one for father on farther's day. That's about it. I keep showing off my light to my friends I like it so much.
    The Russian Woodpecker
    20 May, 2020
This story grips you from the very beginning and leaves you in awe of the strength of the actor and cameraman.
The Russian Woodpecker highlights a tremendous antenna accomplishment in antenna design. This antenna is over 15 US football fields in area. The big array has 300 radiating elements. It is definitely an over the horizon radar pointing right down the middle of the US. The character as an artist searching for the reason for the Chernobyl accident stumbles upon the secrets of this highly classified antenna. It is probable that the Chernobyl power plant was needed to supply the approximately 10 MW transmit antenna. The connection with the catastrophe is up to you to decide. But from an antenna engineers perspective the interviews with the scientists and operators makes the suggestion that the power plant was sabotaged deliberately, quite plausible.
High Precision Frequency Counter 1 ~ 500 MHz Digital LCD for Ham Radio Hobbist
    17 Aug, 2016
Tuning may be required but the product works.
There's no maximum power spec on this counter so I hooked up a 2 meter antenna (rubber ducky) using an SMA to TNC adapter. Using a 2 meter radio and a 440 MHz radio I can transmit and see the frequency to a degree. The board has a tuning pot on the back. Use a jeweler's screw driver to dial in the frequency to as close as you can get. It works to within 5 to 25 kHz once tuned. It was off by about 350 kHz when I started so I'm happy to find the tuning pot.
