Did not work!
0 of 1 found this helpful Supposed to be certified refurbished and dose not work! I even took them to a comp. tech. to download and install and the keyboard does not work and the mouse works when it wants to. Very upset. I will never do business with Big Deal again as I have sent them 2 e-mails ref. this with no response.

Not too sure about new formula
0 of 1 found this helpful As Bosley saw fit to change its formula and repackage it...Im not sure how to really rate this. I havent even taken it for a month yet. Dosent smell like a vitamin at all....just looks like a clear capsule stuffed with herbs. compleatly different from before. However, the previous version of this was very good! Everyone is different so what works for some may not work for others so having said that, Im giving it a try and taking a we'll see approach.
