  Disopointing. Waited over a week, to be told they had been on holiday and when they returned they said truck was damaged! I asked for a picture to see how bad it was, to be told husband had already thrown it in the bin! Should have messaged to say posting would be late. But then to throw the truck away!! Not happy! Waiting for refund

  Thank you so much for your understanding feedback. My profile clearly stated that we were not back to send until the 15th to send anything. If you had wanted a broken toy you should have said however I’m sure that too would have also resulted in negative feedback too I would guess?… slightly pathetic really. Your refund was issued instantly on return when we noticed the damage btw!
