Landmark indeed in English fiction comedy
Although it starts as a fantasy parody, the Discworld created by Terry Pratchett is far more. Besides the brilliant use of English and satire, the series, which is started by this very book, is full of humanism and social criticism too. Be prepared that you will want to read what follows.

Fun to read
Insight on the life and time of Shakespeare written with humour. It was surprising to learn how little we know of Shakespeare. Recommended for anyone who likes him and/or interested in history and one to have a good time. I wish it were longer.
