    Appears to be a genuine new Lenovo keyboard, arrived promptly, fitted in laptop and works. Not the exact part number that was in the listing title, but a compatible Lenovo part (Lenovo says it fits T570 and P51s, but T580 is compatible). Arrived properly packed in a Lenovo box but the box has a different part number (crossed out) for a German layout keyboard. The keyboard itself is UK layout and backlit, which is the correct one that was ordered. Came with a new rubber TrackPoint cap attached.

    This item was packed well but unfortunately it would seem it did not survive the journey. Testing with a PCMCIA reader confirms it is faulty. I had to escalate a case I opened because the seller falsely claimed that they had provided me with a return label. Deceptive! I then received a bizarre follow up message that had a strange tone to it. Honestly, this seller has a dreadful attitude to business, which frankly they are lucky to get. Life is too short to be dealing with people like this.

"I have phoned E bay and asked them to refund you for the item. Keep the item. All the best in life."
