More positives than negatives
What I really like 1. How powerful this is. Gives your carpets a new lease of life-really. I've got long hair and a white cat but there is no trace of either of us. 2. The lift away function This is brilliant for doing the stairs. 3. How easy it is to empty. 4. The headlights making it easy see if you have missed any bits. 5. The clearly labeled wand and hose release. What I don't like so much 1. It is bulky to carry down the stairs and hard to manoeuvre. That lets this model down and other models might be more suitable for some people. 2. The upholstery tool is recommended for doing the stairs but I don't think it is the best, it is curved (not sure why). Also it is hard to get the tools on the storage posts. It would be good to have a tool for general floor vacuuming or hard floors using the hose. You may be able to buy one - but as this machine is not cheap it is reasonable to expect this to be included. So, I would still recommend as there are more positives than negatives, but the weight/ bulkyness might not be suitable for some.

Really flimsy - if you run the tap it moves. Not great value.

Worth a try
Bought for my other half, I think these work! But he reckons they are a bit too big. Good price - not sure how long they lsst yet.
