Wish they had somebody that could understand.....
4 of 4 found this helpful It was way too stiff. The ladder to spring arm actually broke at the ladders right. then I hookeplus d up at the left and the spring arm bent. I called up Werner Co. for possible advice and the guy at the phone actually said "I don't have any thing for you" Oh well live and learn.
$180.00 plus shipping completely wasted.

That Cutler-Hammer is different from mine.
