Not OEM despite part number in title

These are aftermarket knockoffs. The backing plates are thin, the loop welds rough and in every way inferior to OEM.

OEM quality

OEM quality. I had to cut the air dam on my XLT Sport to provide a mounting space for the hooks, but the outline was already there and it took about 45 minutes from start to finish including the cuts.
