Custom-made, well fitting replacement bellows.
Fits camera very well. Wish there was an easy way to attach them to the camera. Tried "ultrablack" (which is good for covering holes in older bellows, and Pliobond, but, in the end, used black duct tape to fill in gaps. Perhaps they could share their secrets a bit for the best way, and least messy way, and shortest time way to attach them??? No instructions were included with the new bellows.
