  Unfortunately, this arrived completely broken and misshapen, obviously damaged by the delivery people. Had they bothered to knock, I would have refused delivery. They also delivered it 4 days after the original delivery date given. The seller immediately offered a full refund, so I want to give them 100% feedback for sorting the matter out very quickly.

  Arranged to go and pick these up from a business between 9.30 and 3pm as this is his opening times. Then he messaged and said he wouldn't be in until 2pm. Went after 2pm - over an hour round trip and took afternoon off work. He wasn't open. There was another man there that had come alot further in a van to collect something too. He didn't answer his phone. He apologies then we arranged for another day but didn't answer his phone again. He said he would deliver today and then said he can't.
