Very sharp with outstanding bokeh
This lens is made out of metal , it gives you the feeling that it will last forever. On my Nikon D500 the focus was spot on, images were sharp straight out of the camera. You see every small detail, it is a lot sharper than other lenses I have. The Bokeh is the nicest one I have seen untill now. When I used the lens on my other camera (D700) I noticed that the lens was front focussing. The pictures were not sharp. I did the necessary calibration and had to correct with +20. This solved the problem, from then on the lens was sharp as well. I did some research on the web and I found out that this is a common problem with this lens on FX cameras. At the end I am very happy with the 105 DC. It will stay with me forever.

Excellent value for money.
Best camera to start with FF. Amazing picture quality. Excellent built quality.
This is the camera I need for portrait photography.
My other camera is the D500 which I use for wildlife, action and sports. Both cameras are the perfect combo to do it all.
