Canon does outHouse tech support at pay-per-advise

arrived mint, not easy with Canon software not exactly compatible between different models; tech support from Canon get forwarded to a pay-per-month expert service at s50/month. i chose not to continue with outhouse expert. i do not think non-inHouse tech support will be capable
