Just what I needed
Worked great the first time that I used it. I had researched the good and not so good about the unit and followed the guide lines set by other users. I find that if I snip a couple fingerfuls of the grass and insert them into the hopper with the tops pointed downward the unit works smoothly with no binding. I have to resist the temptation to overfill the hopper so I snip and insert, snip and insert. When I tried at first to insert the snippings with the bottom side going into the hopper the process was slowed and I had to use the plunger to make the screw catch the snippings. Now processing 2-3 oz of juice takes about 15 minutes including the time to run the turned grass through a second time. The second run-through processes almost as much juice as the initial juicing. In all, I am quite satisfied with the unit and believe it will continue to operate well for a long time. I was surprised that the unit arrived with a complete second set of attachments. I have tried both sets and the perform nicely. The internal parts are now a pale green that I have not tried to remove. Hopefully over the years they will sport a patina that can only be obtained naturally.
