Lithograph was bent in two places and torn in one corner. Seller insists packaging was good, but it was not. It consisted of re-used cardboard and tape. There was nothing between the cardboard and the lithograph to portect it. I mmight add that the delay in shipping and the actual shipping time was unacceptable. The cost of shipping is also excessive. The GSP also sets up the shipping costs which are beyond my control. The buyer did not request insurance so I cannot take responsibility for the parcel's state. The lithograph was packed as required and as I was doing before for many other parcels.
