Yz 250 transmission 2nd gear wheel
Correct part ordered for my 94 yz250, but not exactly what I wanted after doing some research! The 2VM part numbers are the older model yz’s for that era, and what I wanted was actually the newer 4XL (1997-98) model gears, as these were made of a stronger material compared to the 2VM gear sets !
It seems the 4XL transmission parts are as rare as anything anyway

cheap replacement not bad for a quick fix
the hose was great for 1 day.. second day the seal in the hose broke apart.. it seemed the seal was made of paper instead of rubber.. the hose itself is great and with the seal now torn you do lose a little suction.. the seal is located in the top part of the hose where the pipe extension slides into the hose.. great cheap replacement for now though.. the genuine hose is around £50 so its not all bad for now.. i will be getting the genuine pipe eventually though.
