8 Skateboard Longboard Bearings PRECISION ABEC 9 RED SHIELD With Spacers Washers

Good for the money.

At ~$10 shipped these are are a pretty good deal. They aren't crazy free spinning like some higher end ceramic bearings but they're as good as Bones Reds for half the price and a lot better than the crappy abec 3 bearings that come stock with cheap boards. If you are just looking for better cruising distance on a longboard I'd recommend buying bigger wheel + bearing combos, you can usually find Bigfoot or Cal7 75-97mm wheel + bearings for around $30.
