  extremely poorly packaged the first one arrived completely broken sent a second one and that too broken, i have brought other decretive ceiling roses from other sellers and they have come in proper boxes with bubble wrap est. don’t bother buying from this seller,not helpful atoll.

  This Buyer received a replacement in welled package boxes. After this the Buyer then attempted to used IMAGES of the same first damages package to claim refund from eBay. They were told to produce a different images of the replacement but did NOT , perhaps because the replacement did not arrived damage. The Buyer was given two items, they were sent labels to return item - if not happy. But refused to do so . SELLER IS ALWAYS HELPFUL at all time. Please BUY IN CONFIDENCE.

That is why I asked about your location - thinking you were closer; due to packing and postage cost which is almost the same cost as the ceiling rose.
