    The item was packed well and sent very quickly. The item was correct and fully functioning. Unfortunately, I don't want to give it 5 stars because the item's description downplayed how much cosmetic damage there was, and the marquetry fell out shortly after the item arrived. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.

    I'm really sorry to hear of a problem on arrival. In respect of the "marquetry", I can only apologise & confirm it was OK when sent and surmise that the issue was caused during transit. I pride myself very much on accurate descriptions, supported by photos. "Condition" is a subjective matter so whilst I consider your comment a trifle unfair, you're entitled to it. On the upside, I'm pleased the guitar functions properly and I hope you enjoy playing it for many years to come.

OK so far
Only had it a couple of weeks and didn't have all the cables so had to get those. First impressions are good but need to do loads more before I'm convinced. Low light performance isn't fantastic so that's a slight disappointment but maybe it will reveal some other redeeming features.
