Great value for money from Littlewoods.
0 of 2 found this helpful This was purchased as an upgrade from my old Canon 400D.
The 1100D is classed as an "entry level" camera but for most users the features it has are probably as much as all but the most serious photographer would need. The price has been kept down by the all plastic body but it is still pretty robust. Obviously it will take the whole range of Canon digital lenses as well as other makers such as Tamron (which I have).
It is very light and isn't too big for an SLR. All in all a fantastic camera for the money. For a full technical review I suggest you do an online search.
An important thing for me was the price. I bought from Littlewoods online which is selling these as "refurbished". They say that in most cases the cameras are simply returns by people who have changed their mind. They also say that they are sent off to be "refurbished" and are then sold with the original manufacturer's warranty.
My camera arrived in a totally original box with all the plastic bits and pieces in place. I defy anyone to tell it apart from a "new" one.
Best of all was the price - £175 which is an absolute bargain. I cannot fault Littlewoods who charged £2.75 for next day delivery by courier.
I am extremely pleased.

Small and low powered vacuum
This a small and low powered vacuum. I bought it for a specific purpose which was to clean the dust from the top of books in my library. It copes with this adequately using the brush attachment.
I cannot believe that it would be any use for cleaning dog's fur from a car seat for example.
In my opinion it can only cope with dust. If this is what you want (which I did) then buy it. Otherwise look for something more powerful

Excellent screen and large SD capacity
The first one of these I bought wouldn't accept an SD card so it had to be returned. However the replacement accepted my 128GB SD card which should be enough for most people.
Running Android v6 the apps run quickly and videos are generally smooth depending on your wifi connection.
Stating the obvious, the battery life depends on what you are doing. Looking at BBC News, iPLayer, Facebook plus various banking apps will drain the battery over the day. I find that my usage takes it down to about 40% between about 06:30 and 22:00hrs. I don't use the phone side very much. However as I recharge the phone each evening, the battery life is adequate. If I simply stuck to phone and txt I am sure it would last several days. I think the hi res screen (excellent) uses a lot of power.
So in conclusion:Good points - good screen and camera
Bad points - battery life and fault with SD cards on some handsets (as reported by others)
