Possible solution to poor rural broadband
Bought this on eBay as a back up because I depend on it for broadband and telephone.
To clear up any confusion. A standard BT type analogue phone, and 1 extension, can be plugged into the RJ11 socket of the router to connect it to the 3g network of your choice.
I live in an area where landline speed is 1Meg, 4g coverage is very poor with a mobile but with this router connected to an external antenna I get a solid and reliable signal and a speed of 40Megs with phone calls at 3p/ min. So no landline and no rental. To change providers just change the SIM.
