Can't get it!

Was informed they would be coming on 11th March,
I ordered these on t
5th March
They didn;t arrive, so how can I review them???
Tried to get to to cancel them, unsuccessfully = Probably my fault, but doesn't make contact easy.
As I couldn't get through to you, I have now tried cancelling my order with PayPal
This is unfortunate, as I was looking forward to many years of reading
How can we resolve this pease?
