Excellent Product & Service

This is a first class, high quality wine opener. The best I've ever used. It's heavy, so mount it to a solid wall. The finish is beautiful in black nickel - (there are 7 different colors/finishes). Be careful when tightening the screws that your wrench does not scratch the finish. It has a 3 step depth adjustment for longer corks. Easy to use. You will not be disappointed!

Not quite "new" - but does it matter if it works?

I have no complaints about the working quality of this remote. Delivery was fast and it works as it should. But I doubt that it is "new" as advertised. The volume "plus" button, the AT&T and AUX buttons and the INFO button were all worn, meaning that the color printing on the face of the buttons was worn off as if they were well used. The rest of the buttons appear fine. Should I really care if it does the job? Probably not, but "new" should be new. Maybe quality control is in order. The price was right!
